Our Team

Meet our dynamic and talented team of instructors!

DIANA OLIVER

Diana is the founder and owner of In Balance Fitness & Wellness. As a new mother, Diana learned first-hand how difficult it is for a mom to fit in the necessary time for her own well-being. Coming from a corporate background, Diana knows how the stress and pressures of the workplace can take its toll on the working woman.

Fuelled by her passion for fitness and using her business expertise, Diana was inspired to start a new fitness company that would help women to successfully incorporate fitness into their daily lives.

Diana completed her instructor’s certification in pilates and nordic walking and is continually looking for new opportunities to expand her knowledge of fitness and wellness topics to share with others.

When her family moved to The Netherlands Joan continued her passion for teaching Yoga at a local Dance Studio in Wassenaar near The Hague, expanding to classes in her home.

This she has done constantly, working with some prominent names in Yoga at conferences and workshops in Switzerland, Ireland and Singapore as well as back here in North America. Joan is delighted to be home in Canada where she continues to grow and learn.

TYTANYA LICZNER

TyTanya has practised and performed dance for fourteen years. Finding a niche in Tribal Fusion Belly Dance, TyTanya focused her talents through training under Audra Simmons and she performs Belly Dance often. She has also studied under Valizan for American Tribal Style (ATS), the Egyptian Style at Arabesque, and the Belly Dance Academy in South Korea.
